All sales are final.
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our pet products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or worn items.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of every Tickade collar. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if the product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.

- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item
- We will ship a replacement at no cost to you
Wrong Item or Missing Order
If you received the wrong product or your order never arrived, reach out within 30 days of the order date and we will make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed by contacting us. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.
Refusing Delivery
Refused or undeliverable packages will not be refunded. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
